At RP Home Inspection we offer competitive pricing for inspections. Be careful not to look at price alone when choosing a home inspector. Conversely, be cautious of inspectors who make exorbitant licensing or certification claims. Colorado does not require a license or certification to perform home inspections. This is not to imply that proper training, experience and a feeling of trust are not important.

TIMELINES
Inspections are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Complete, accurate and detailed report will be provided at the time the inspection is completed.
